Upcoming Events

Regular Meetings - are held on the second Thursday of the Months of January, March, July and November. The usual Regular Bi-Monthly Meeting location is the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center - where plenty of free parking is available. The usual meeting time is 2:00 p.m. for an informal Reception and Desserts, followed by the Regular Meeting at 2:30 p.m. A program of interest to the members is held with opportunity for discussion following the formal meeting.

Board Meetings - are held monthly on the Third Friday of each month at 8:30 a.m. - usually at the Autoport Motel on South Atherton Street, across the street from the Ramada Inn. Plenty of free parking is available. Breakfast or refreshments may be ordered on an individual basis.

Special Events - these are normally two special events held each year - May and September:

One in May - which is the Annual Banquet and Election of Officers. The Annual Banquet is usually held at noon time at the Celebration Hall off the Benner Pike, turning at the traffic light at College Gardens, near the Nittany Mall. An informal program of varied entertainment is usually included. Plenty of free parking is available at Celebration Hall.

One in September - which is the Annual Picnic and Chicken Bar-B-Que - Held at the PSU Ag Progress Days Site off Route 45 West of Pine Grove Mills. Dinner is at 12 Noon. followed by varied entertainment. The Picnic is held indoors so weather is no problem.
