D-4: COMPLETION OF ENROLLMENT IN DIVISION OF UNDERGRADUATE STUDIES


Senate Policy:  39-80, Completion of Enrollment

Procedure
A candidate who has completed the maximum period of enrollment in the Division of Undergraduate Studies and who is unable to meet the requirements of the major and the college which the candidate desires to enter is notified in writing by the director of the Division of Undergraduate Studies that a hold has been placed on registration for the next semester. A student is encouraged to consult with the dean/chancellor of the desired college/campus to discuss requirements needed and how they might be met. A student may apply to enroll as a nondegree student according to Senate Policy 14-00.
