Senate Policy:  44-30, Non-Final Examinations and Evening Examinations



In accordance with Senate Policy 44-30, the times and places for evening examinations are determined by the Registrar's office at University Park, or the campus executive officer at the Commonwealth Campuses. The evening examinations schedule is based on requests submitted by the department heads at the call of the Registrar's office (campus executive officer at Commonwealth Campuses). Academic departments will be provided with a detailed schedule of evening examinations prior to the end of the first week of the semester.

At University Park, the evening examinations will be scheduled in one of the following periods:

6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. (75 minute period only)

8:15 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. (75 to 120 minute period)

ACUE deans at University Park and directors of academic affairs at the Commonwealth Campuses will assist their students in resolving any conflicts. (Ref: Senate Policy 44-30)
