G-3: DEFERRED GRADES

Senate Policy:  48-40, Deferred Grades

Procedure:

Two weeks prior to the expiration date of the DF grade, an email will be sent by the Registrar's office to the student and the instructor reminding them of the expiration date.  If grades are not forthcoming by the deadline, the Registrar's Office shall automatically change DFs to Fs and notify the students and instructors.

An instructor may request an extension of the DF deadline by submitting the Deferred Grade Extension form prior to the DF deadline.
