Help for Current Portal Users

Penn State Portal help documentation can be accessed directly from the Portal. To access this document, you will need to authenticate to the Portal at https://portal.psu.edu/ with your Penn State Access Account userid and password.

Once you authenticate to the Portal, click on the Help link located at the top right-hand side of the Portal window. The information here provides very general guide to editing and changing Portal channels.

Also feel free to take a look at the Penn State Portal FAQ, which provides answers to common questions. The FAQ can be accessed via the Portal "splash screen". Go to https://portal.psu.edu/ and click on the FAQ link. You also may access the FAQ once you authenticate to the Portal. Click on the click the <Help> button located on the navigation bar at the top of your Portal page.
