Priorities for Excellence: Penn State's strategic plan for 2009-2010 through 2013-2014

Priorities for Excellence is Penn State's strategic plan for the period 2009-2010 through 2013-2014. The University Strategic Planning Council has worked on the development of the plan since November 2007. The strategic plan was approved by the Board of Trustees at the May 15, 2009 Board meeting.

Fulfilling the Promise [PDF] is the previous university wide strategic plan. The goals and strategies in this plan reflect common themes and directions that emerge from the strategic plans submitted by the thirty-four budget units in February 2005.
