The Post-9/11 GI Bill offers veterans “the most comprehensive education benefits since the original 1944 Bill” and expectations for its payoff are high. As a result, there is a growing push for colleges to better document veteran populations and their outcomes. As a first step in this process, this report provides a profile of the veteran population at Penn State.
