To register a new team, please provide as much of the requested information as possible. By registering your team, you gain easier access to the Office of Planning and Institutional Assessment's services and your team's efforts are publicized to the rest of the University. To update your team's information...
To update us on the status of your team, please indicate that this is a "Team update", enter your Team Name and/or number in the "Team Information" section (this information is available from the team database) and complete the other sections as appropriate. Please indicate in the "Notes" if this information is in addition to the information in our database or a revision to our database.
