  • Reduced long-term inventory by 40%
  • Commonwealth campuses receive deliveries in 48 hours as opposed to 1/month
  • Reduced inventory by 35%
  • Reduced need for storage space by 18,000 sq. ft.
  • Increased just-in-time purchase contracts to 50% of all suppliers
