To fully implement all features of IBIS required to efficiently handle all the business in the offices of the College of the Liberal Arts.

Results Achieved to Date

• Hot keys: NET PASS method of connection to OAS--users will be able to jump quickly between e-mail, ISIS, & IBIS without having to logon & -off
• Establish system for providing current documentation to all offices.
  
  Extend hours fo reach IBIS user to 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. M-F and on weekends as needed.
  
  Connect each IBIS user to the executive approval path.
  
  Train IBIS users to retrieve data for strategic planning and analysis.
  
  College staff will process the NAPP without waiting for paper verification from departments.
  
  The Research Dean is to be responsible for the dissemination and collection of the faculty research interest form.
  
  Eliminate the Biographical Data Form for faculty and substitute the vita.
  
  Send the vita for administrative and senior appointments only to the BOT.
