Objective
To improve the purchasing and delivery processes of the Microcomputer Order Center.To improve how Penn State's faculty, staff, and students acquire and install personal computing resources for departmental and personal use at best price.

Results Achieved to Date
- Developed a standard set of criteria to be used as a starting point in contract negotiations onto a 5 page form
- Form must be on file for all new vendor contracts negotiated
- MOC employee & vendor complete the form together
