To improve the application process to meet or exceed the information and service needs of prospective freshman students and those who help and influence them.

Results Achieved to Date

  • Wait time for student inquiries decreased from several months to 2 weeks
  • 2 week time frame considered optimal by customers
  • automated updates to Commonwealth Campuses have improved communications & resulted in more timely follow-ups with applicants.
