Objective
To reduce wait time for gaining access to foreign student advisors.Team Membership

Results Achieved to Date
- Improvements were made to the student file folders. A file training program was developed.
Data was collected over a 5 day period at the beginning of the study an again after the solutions were instituted.
A 30% increase in student traffic had occurred over the 3 year period since it was first accessed by the CQI team. The additional student traffic was handled by the designated person at the OIS reception area.
The total wait time for a studente to access their foreign student adviser was shortened by an average of 3 minutes.
The distance between the upper and lower control limits decreased.
