- Special events budget created
- Person responsible for each event empowered to plan, coordinate, communicate, document, & evaluate the event
- Those responsible for planning and implementation of special events should adhere to the process developed by the team.
- An event registration form should be adopoted. This form should be used for all requests of campus space.
