To study and improve the process of contacting minority students during the first 8 weeks of each semester.Team Membership

Results Achieved to Date
- A total of 1,811 students were contacted on 2000-2001 by four full-time staff, one part-time staff, and one intern
- The average number of contact per day was 7.28
- The average length of student contact was 21 minutes
