To streamline the serials claiming process that occurs when library locations do not receive expected serial or periodical issues and suppliers have to be contacted.Team Membership

Results Achieved to Date
- Reorganized dept into 5 self-directed teams
- Process improvements were implemented which decreased costs & improved service to customers
- Through natural attrition the staff decreased from 44 to 30 over past five years
