Objective
Mini-teams were organized to handle: 1) shifting job responsibilities, 2) Residence Life and Judicial Affairs sharing a database, 3) tracking educational programs and following up on late assignments, and 4) making the community aware of policy changes.Team Membership

Results Achieved to Date
- Each student meets to discuss violations and possible sanctions to add a human aspect to the process
- Time for students to go through the process has been reduced from 45 days to 6 days
- An increase in student involvement in the Judicial Affairs advising and hearing process allows students to be judged by their peers
- Over 90% of the students felt that they were treated fairly and that the sanctions were fair as well; Educational sanctions have increased from 3% to 32 % in the last year
