To develop and implement a facility request/approval/scheduling process that minimizes the time required while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction.Team Membership

Results Achieved to Date
- Request forms were redesigned & now accepted via fax & e-mail making scheduling easier & more flexible
- With time savings, staff time has been reallocated to other projects
- Response times for new requests decreased from 4 days to 1
