To decrease the time patients wait to receive services in the UHS General Medicine and Urgent Care departments.Team Membership

Results Achieved to Date
- Clinicians and patients moved from urgent care to general medicine to create more appointment slots
- Over a one-month period the wait time in urgent care decreased from 100 minutes to 50 minutes and the general medicine wait time decreased from 12 minutes to 9 minutes
