To minimize time used to deliver supplies while improving timeliness and accuracy of delivery.

Results Achieved to Date

  • Recommends that delivery of supplies be incorporated into Gen. Stores delivery system instead of having janitors pick up supplies
  • Time savings will be reduced by 4 hr/month for each of 22 buildings
