To identify and improve processes that affect the quality of patient care and documentation of that care within the University Ambulance Service.Team Membership

Results Achieved to Date
- The data collection time has decreased because of increased automation
- The time for data entry has been cut in half from10 minutes to 5 minutes; The time to generate reports has been cut from 3 days to 30 minutes
