Objective

To improve monthly financial reporting to the colleges and continuing education.

Results Achieved to Date

  • Outreach and Cooperative Extension now have the ability to make solid financial decisions and track the overall budget monthly; The finalization rate has increased to 67% or even to 90%; The financial closings have also improved by 37%
  • A new report is sent to the dean approximately 2 months after the program is held
