Results Achieved to Date

  • Reviewed the existing scheduling processes, developed Performance Measures, and defined 'the customer'
  • Developed a list of questions to gain input about current pitfalls and future needs from supervisors, leadmen, foremen and customers
  • Identified the best criteria necessary to produce a schedule
