WBT not only provides computer skills training but also information technology professional training, and, most recently, training in business and professional development skills.

Challenge: To provide university faculty, students, and staff with web-based computer skills training.

Methodology: Information Technology Services implemented a university-wide web-based training system to give learners more opportunities to engage in training.
