Objective

The Writing Center at Penn State Mont Alto functions within the Learning Center. With the creation of the Online Writing Lab (OWL), students are now able to send their papers via the Web to writing center tutors who can respond to them either from home or from the Learning Center. Students who typically might not be able to schedule a face to face tutoring session due to time constraints are now able to submit papers anytime. Faculty appreciate the service because they can ask students to attach tutor feedback to drafts for monitoring.
