Finance and Business

February 2002

Objective

Web pages were developed to allow our customers to initiate non-emergency work requests that are immediately entered into our Work Order Tracking software. The physical plant service desk can then add any required information to the request, approve it and assign it to the appropriate supervisor for scheduling. These Web pages also allow customers to check the status of any work in their area.
