Objective
Web pages were developed to allow our customers to initiate non-emergency work requests that are immediately entered into our Work Order Tracking software. The physical plant service desk can then add any required information to the request, approve it and assign it to the appropriate supervisor for scheduling. These Web pages also allow customers to check the status of any work in their area.Challenge: To develop web pages that allows customers to initiate non-emergency work requests that can be immediately entered into their Work Order Tracking software.

Results Achieved to Date
- Reduce time. System not on line yet - still doing training. Will use time from initial notification of non-emergency jobs to respond, to start job, and to complete job as measures. Should also have cost savings.
- Innovation: These web pages allow customers to check the status of any work in their area.
Impact: The system not yet online. The team is still doing performing the necessary training. This project should also result in cost savings. Metrics will be forthcoming.
