- Challenge: To create a set of user-centered design standards and disseminate in an instructional presentation to all web professional at Penn State.
Methodology: Utilized University-wide assessment of web usability, completed by the Web Strategies Implementation Team subcommittee on web design.
Innovation: CD dissemination and breakout presentation at Web 2002 conference.
Impact: Increased awareness about principles of user-centered web design and the importance of consistency and standards to improve Penn State’s overall web presence.
