Objective

Extend the Degree Audit system to enable the production of audits for graduate majors. This major goal is already well underway and will be completed by the targeted completion. Once completed, Graduate degree audits will be available through the ISIS system.

Results Achieved to Date

  • Completed : Create new superdescriptors containing the degree code.
    Modify existing DA screens to use degree and/or level.
    Modify existing PL/1 programs and create new PL/1 programs to separate
    Undergraduate from Graduate level (complete for undergraduate).
    Run ADHOC programs to populate the degree and level codes in production.
    Create new Graduate level VSAM and select files.
    Encoding and formatting of the Graduate Degree Audit
