Team # 559 -- Fully Utilize the Web for OUR Transcript Production

Objective

The implementation of the Web transcript ordering application has resulted in providing better service to our students and alumni than we now provide to our staff. This project will replace ISIS transcript ordering screens with a new Web based service, including credit card processing, express mail tracking number, and notification of noncredit courses.

  • Completed 3/11/03: Meeting with Ross to discuss the project specifications.
    Completed 3/13/03: Overview meeting with full project team.
    Completed 3/21/03: Brode. Determine programming estimates and assignments.
    Completed 3/24/03: Began programming
    Completed 6/30/03: Finalize IT development and testing.
    Completed 7/1/03: Finalize staff training (Transcript Dept and Enroll Svcs Dept)
    Completed 7/14/03: User testing of all changes against the specifications.
