Objective

Objective: To determine how PTI is perceived by clients, competitors, and by PSU entities, including PTI affiliates, and to determine how to improve our marketing strategies.

Expected Results: A public perception survey was distributed at the Annual Transportation Research Board Meeting in January 2004. The team is currently tabulating the data from the almost 300 surveys returned. Additional perception surveys are to be sent to Penn State faculty and staff.
