Objective

Travel Services was using an online booking tool that was not working well. We began investigating other options, created a focus group, demoed the two other booking tool options, survey the group, and determined which tool we felt was best for our use. We also tested the tool daily against our current booking tool for pricing and performance.

After implementation, we did extensive training, marketing and conducted a promotional to attract first time users.

Results Achieved to Date

  • The new tool has almost doubled utilization in six months and we have decreased support calls and complaints. The new tool has also maintained a high degree of fair savings.
