Objective

The problem is to gather University-wide data of IST programs at all locations.
Examples of such data include internship placements, career placements, and assessment of programs. We have complete data for University Park. The objective is to have complete data for all locations. This information depends on individual student responses. A difficulty is obtaining responses from students at a distance.

ExpectedResults: A measure of performance is the response rate at each location.
