A measure of success will be a drop in the percentage of students and families contacting the Office of Student Aid and an increase in the percentage of students who complete the aid processes by the start of each semester.
Web, eLion and intake statistical analysis in conjunction with ISIS navigation patterns will be utilized to evaluate the effectiveness of the changes made.
- We are currently working to implement the recommendations that were a result of the CQI initiative. One recommendation that has been completed is the successful launch of a Web- based knowledge system, IntelliResponse. This system allows students/parents to ask questions and receive immediate feedback from our Web site.
