Objective

Outreach recently launched a new system for accepting online conference registrations, including credit card payments. This necessitated changes in the procedures for managing program set-ups,registrations, and closings. The objective of the team is to create streamlined internal processes for handling these steps under the new system. This team includes staff members from Conferences and Institutes working with Penn State's Management Engineering staff.
