Objective
The Undergraduate Admissions Office and the Schreyer Honors College collaborated to develop an on-line application for the Schreyer Honors College. When prospective students complete their application for admission to Penn State they may also complete their Schreyer Honors College application. The Schreyer Honors College application also allows references to complete their letters of recommendation on-line. All applications and letters of recommendation are automatically added to the Undergraduate Admissions imaging system where they can be accessed by Undergraduate Admissions and Schreyer Honors College Staff.A work flow process that provides a paperless application review process for Schreyer Honors College staff and faculty reviewers has also been developed and is currently being piloted with 2008 applicants.
