Objective
To develop a process to receive, assess, provide feedback on and implement (as appropriate) suggestions received to enhance our ability to carry out our mission. The goal is to be able to systematically capture innovative ideas so that they can be assessed and implemented, if appropriate, in a timely manner.Team Membership

Results Achieved to Date
- ExpectedResults: An electronic submission and feedback system has been put in place and is in its early stages of operation. The system allows for continuous monitoring of the status of suggestions - from confirmation of receipt of suggestion through to the final decision and/or implementation of the suggestion. Progress will be measured through the tracking of number and types of suggestions received, time taken to process the suggestion, number implemented and results of implementations, as applicable.
