Objective

To generate additional revenue for the college and establish models for sharing additional revenue. Current budget cutbacks have forced colleges to look at ways to generate additional revenue for the college and departments. The team will make recommendations to the Dean on ways to generate additional revenue and also to create a revenue sharing model that motivates departments to generate additional revenue.
