Objective
To study the incidence, circumstances and potential contributing conditions of recent accidents and make a plan of corrective actions. Minor accidents at low speed are a source of cost and inconvenience to the EMS dept.Team Membership

Results Achieved to Date
- ExpectedResults: New training methodologies are being investigated to enhance communication between drivers and spotters, and requiring better positioning of spotters. Safety will be re-emphasized. Driver training will be re-focused on communication with spotters, and more emphasis will be placed on low-speed maneuvering. In addition, brightly-colored sleeves have been acquired for the poles outside the garage bays. Striping is being considered for the lot outside the garage bays to help drivers with backing.
