Objective

To identify difficult or problematic pieces of the appointments process in Liberal Arts. Choose one to develop and implement improvements. Identify other pieces needing improvement and rank order them. Determine what percentage of effort goes into the appointment processes across the College. Recommend ways to consolidate, gain efficiencies, and reorganize this function.
