Results Achieved to Date
- ExpectedResults: We have rolled out a Standard Operating Procedure including an Incidence Response Toolkit. We are working to develop a new process and white paper to describe the exception process for AD19 (Social Security Number retention). We solicit feedback from units in a desire to continuously improve our processes. We collaborate with IT SOS regularly in order to provide exceptional service to our constitutents. We are part of a Peer-to-Peer review being conducted in Risk Management.
