Team # 1017 -- Reducing Time to Completion for Lab Renovations for New Faculty

Objective

Often laboratory and office spaces are renovated for new faculty when they join the college. If the projects take too long, the research productivity of the faculty member is negatively impacted. The purpose of this project is to reduce the time to completion for these renovation projects.
