Objective
To study student retention processes at Schuylkill Campus, focusing on academic reasons for attrition. This study is longitudinal, and will examine data for students entering Penn State Schuylkill during the academic year 2004-2005 and continuing to students entering fall 2012.Team Membership

Results Achieved to Date
- Expected Results:
1. Develop a predictive model of student success based on students entering 2004-2005 and later.
2. Produce a custom attrition report every semester that lists not-returning students and probably causes.
3. Report is shared with others at Schuylkill so they may contribute to the effort to increase retention.
