Feature Article: Improvements with Impact

Each year, the Office of Planning and Institutional Assessment contacts teams that worked on quality improvement during the past several years to find out some of the outcomes of the team's work. This article highlights the work of teams from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Penn State Erie, the Behrend College, and University Health Services and describes some outcomes from their efforts.

Implementing Penn State’s Strategic Plan: Priorities for Excellence: The Penn State Strategic Plan, 2009-10 through 2013-14 was approved by the Board of Trustees at the May, 2009 meeting.
