Paul & Hazel
Can we improve the process for choosing enrollment benefits, i.e., medical insurance, life insurance and flexible benefits, by making the choices available to university employees on the Web? And can we provide an enrollment service that is available 24/7 from any location and that is easy to understand and use? Click here to learn how this process improvement has occurred.
Benefits

Paul & Hazel's CQI team is proud to report the following list of benefits that resulted from the team's improvement process initiative:

- More efficient participation by 14, 000 employees in the employee benefits open enrollment process each year;

- A cost savings of over $70,000 by placing the employee benefits enrollment system on-line;

- Convenient 24-hour access to employee benefits, allowing for changes anytime, anywhere;

- Accurate and expedient enrollment since information is entered directly on-line by each employee;

- Confidentially since employees enter their own information on-line; and

- More time to assist employees who are our customers rather than spending time processing forms.
