Can we improve Judicial Affairs' processing of disciplinary cases from the time an incident is reported to the office until a case is closed and filed? And can we simplify and expedite the process, and identify inhibiting policies and/or practices? Click here to learn how this process improvement has occurred.
 
Benefits

Joe and Barbara's CQI team is proud to report the following list of benefits that resulted from the team's improvement process initiative:

-Reduced the average time between the incident report date and the disciplinary conference from 39 to 6 days.

-Reduced the average number of students requesting a hearing by 66 percent.

-Annually reduce the number of pieces of paper used in the office by 10,000.
