In Now What, you will be asked to show how much you understand about Continuous Quality Improvement. You will be asked to:

1. Identify your own work process.
2. Work with others to better understand the process.
3. Answer a series of IMPROVE questions about your process, and
4. Submit your responses to Penn State's IMPROVE questions.

After you submit responses for all the IMPROVE components, the Office of Planning and Institutional Assessment will review your answers then mail you a Penn State IMPROVE certificate.
