1. Identify a work related process to be targeted for improvement,

2. Answer a series of questions about a work related process, and

3. Construct and submit responses to Penn State's IMPROVE questions.

Finally, after your responses are submitted and reviewed, a certificate of completion will be sent to you.

How will support be provided?
