This program provides start-up assistance for teams charged with process improvement or innovation. Teams learn how to use Penn State's IMPROVE model or other improvement approaches such as "fast track."
The program is tailored to meet the needs of each team and can be adapted for other teams that are not addressing an innovation and improvement issue but still want to follow a structured approach.
To request this program, contact the staff in the Office of Planning and Institutional Assessment, (814) 863-8721.
Programs will be scheduled to accommodate the time and location preferences of each team.
