1.1 Expand Learning Outcomes Assessment (Year 1: 2009-2010)
An Administrative Council on Undergrad Education (ACUE) Assessment Committee was established to provide leadership in the development and implementation of assessment activities. This committee replaces the Coordinating Committee on University Assessment appointed by the Provost to provide leadership regarding assessment following the 2005 self-study for the reaccreditation review conducted by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. Information about assessment at Penn State is available on the Web. The Schreyer Institute for Teaching Excellence continues to track the progress of academic programs in developing learning outcomes.
