Objective:
Identify and evaluate opportunities within the University
for improved efficiency and cost reduction while maintaining
or enhancing customer service.

is possible to track the volume of work for future cost
recovery from users.

Office of Physical Plant Steam Service Shift Schedule Process Action Team
Objective: Develop by consensus a 365-day per year, 24

vacation policy that will a) promote the efficient operation
and maintenance of the Plant; b) provide coverage for planned
and unplanned absences; c) promote a healthly and safe work
environment; d) improve employee morale.
